The challenge
Hiring is slow, expensive, and stressful. Teams juggle job boards, email, spreadsheets, and calendars, leading to bias, inconsistent evaluation, candidate drop-off, and long time to hire. Startups needed a single, reliable system that reduces cost and effort while keeping humans in control.
The process
I mapped the end-to-end recruitment journey and designed an agent-led workflow: role templates, automated job posting, candidate sourcing, structured screening, and smart scheduling. I built dashboards for pipeline visibility, bias-reducing scorecards, and clear handoff points so HR can review, override, and onboard with confidence.
Results
The refreshed experience improved clarity and confidence in the results, making it easier for users to understand what they were getting before committing. The streamlined flow reduced friction and highlighted the product value in seconds.
