The challenge
Families seeking care services face overwhelming choices and unclear information. ComfortBridge Inc. offers daily support, medication assistance, companionship, and custom care plans, but their website didn't communicate the warmth, professionalism, and person-focused approach that sets them apart. The service range was hard to navigate, and families couldn't quickly understand how ComfortBridge could help their loved ones.
The process
I restructured the information architecture around the six core service areas: Daily Support & Personal Care, Home & Lifestyle Support, Medication Assistance, Companionship & Social Enrichment, Appointments & Errands, and Custom Care Plans. I designed a warm, accessible UI system in Figma that balanced professionalism with empathy, using clear service cards, benefit highlights, and trust-building elements. The interface was built to guide families from understanding services to taking the first step with confidence.
Outcome
The redesigned experience positioned ComfortBridge Inc. as a compassionate, professional partner that goes above and beyond. Families could quickly understand the full range of services, see the value of personalized care, and feel confident reaching out. The site became a true reflection of the comfort, consistency, and connection ComfortBridge delivers every day.
